She started squash at the age of 9 with her father Jean-Pierre Florens himself a good player of this discipline.
From an early age, she is champion of Reunion then Champion of France and participates in many international competitions for the french team.
She represented Mauritius at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006 and Scotland in 2014. She won the bronze medal at the last African Championships. She holds the rank of No.1 National Female.
She was a professor of Physical Education and Sports for 14 years at Lycée Français Labourdonnais.
She currently devotes herself to her school of squash in (Dodo Club and Tamarin Squash Club) and gymnastics.
She is the federal coach of the discipline.
